Cancellation by climb for life

Our courses require minimum numbers and suitable weather conditions in order to run (these vary according to the course). We will refund your payment in full, or transfer your booking to a future date, if minimum numbers are not reached or due to adverse weather. We will notify you of the cancellation not less than three days prior to the course (minimum numbers not reached) or one or two days prior to the course (poor weather). We rarely cancel but we may need to if bad weather means that we can't run an enjoyable course.

In the event of cancellation by you, we will offer a full refund if the place is cancelled at least four weeks prior to the course. If cancellation is made within the four week period, the fee is non-refundable unless we can fill your place.

Your responsibility

Please think carefully about your clothing and footwear choices so that you are comfortable in a range of weather conditions. Climb for Life will not be responsible for damage to, or loss of, clothing or other personal items resulting from participation in our activities.

Privacy Notice

Any data you supply will be carefully managed. Medical forms will be securely stored either in a locked cabinet or password protected computer. If you are returning forms by email please be aware that email is not encrypted. You can scan/photograph forms and send via FB messenger if you prefer, or (where appropriate) bring paper copies on the day. We often take photographs during events and activities which we are happy to send on to you and/or use to promote our activities. Just tick the box on the medical form to let us know you consent to photo's being taken and used. If you no longer wish to receive emails outlining future events and activities, please let us know.
